If your Motiona order arrives with visible transit damage, keep the package and gear together, document the condition clearly, and reach out so our team can review the case with precision.
Handle the package before handling the gear.
A damaged package does not always mean the activewear inside is damaged. Before washing, wearing, removing tags, or discarding packaging, follow these steps so the review has the clearest possible record.
Keep Everything
Hold onto the shipping box or mailer, inner packing, labels, inserts, and all items until the review is complete.
Take Clear Photos
Capture the damaged area, the full outside package, the shipping label, and any visible impact to Motiona apparel.
Check Each Item
Inspect leggings, hoodies, sports bras, training shirts, shorts, and accessories before removing tags or using them.
Send the Details
Contact Motiona with your order number, delivery date, photos, and a short note describing what arrived damaged.
Send a clean, complete damage report.
For the fastest review, include enough context for our support team to compare the shipment condition with the Motiona pieces inside. Short, accurate details are better than long descriptions.

- PackagePhotos of the full package, damaged area, shipping label, and any torn or crushed sections.

- StatusConfirm whether the items are unworn, unwashed, and still with original tags or packaging.
Transit Damage
If only the outer package is damaged but your Motiona gear is clean, intact, and ready to wear, no further action may be needed. You can still contact us if you want the shipment noted.
Item Impact
If performance fabric, seams, zippers, waistbands, drawcords, or packaging inside the shipment were affected, send photos before using the item so we can review appropriate next steps.
Replacement Review
When a replacement or other resolution is arranged after review, shipping timing follows standard Motiona processing and delivery expectations of 3–5 business days where applicable.
